By engaging with Edwards Jr. Sanitation, you agree to the following terms:
Service Standards
We are committed to consistent, professional waste collection service.
Service is provided on a scheduled route basis. Bins must be placed curbside the evening prior to service.
Missed collections due to inaccessible or unavailable bins are not guaranteed for same-day recovery
Billing & Payment
Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).Timely payment is required to maintain uninterrupted service.
Past-due accounts may be subject to suspension or additional fees. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Service Adjustments
Routes and service schedules may be modified due to holidays, weather conditions, or operational needs. We make every effort to communicate changes promptly.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to: Ensure safe and unobstructed access to service areas.
Avoid placing hazardous, prohibited, or non-acceptable materials in containers.
Maintain containers within reasonable weight and capacity limits
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edwards Jr. Sanitation is not liable for:
Service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Damage to property resulting from improper container placement, overloading, or unsafe conditions. Additionally Edwards Jr. Sanitation is not responsible for any normal wear and tear of public/private roads driveways or surfaces due to weigh access limitations, or normal operation of service vehicles.

Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:
• Non-payment
• Unsafe or inaccessible service conditions
• Violations of these terms

Homeowners Association (HOA) & Community Agreements
For communities, HOAs, and property management groups:
Service agreements are governed by the terms outlined in the executed contract between Edwards Jr. Sanitation and the HOA or managing entity
Contract terms, pricing, and service levels apply at the community level and may differ from individual residential accounts. HOA agreements may include specific service schedules, bulk pickup provisions, or community-wide policies. Residents within contracted communities must adhere to established guidelines for container placement, acceptable materials, and service procedures. Contract renewals, bid processes, and service changes are handled directly with HOA boards or designated representatives
